Warnham LNR

Frosty Sheep!
This morning there was a heavy frost on the reserve which transformed our usually black Hebridean Sheep into white/grey chilly looking chaps! Luckily they are used to much colder weather and their big wooly coats keep them perfectly insulated.

Reed Bunting
The feeding station at the Woodpecker Hide is really becoming busy again with lots of birds coming to the range of feeders on offer. Highlights this week have been Lesser Redpoll, Siskin, Reed Bunting, Marsh Tit, Nuthatch and Jay. Sadly there was no sign of yesterday's pair of Pintail on the lake but hopefully it is a sign of things to come.

Keep your eyes peeled for Waxwing's there was some in Crawley today so they are coming!
