Warnham LNR

Orange-tip
Whilst sorting a few bits out around the reserve for the easter Great Egg Hunt I managed to find a roosting Orange-tip. As always no camera so this is the best I could manage with a phone! Lots of butterflies around today with Orange-tip, Peacock, Small White, Large White, Comma and Speckled Wood all seen.

Still quiet on the bird front when will the Tern's arrive...any day now. There are quite a lot of Chiffchaffs and Blackcaps around still and a male House Sparrow which is a pretty scarce visitor at this time of year to Warnham.
